It is possible to separate the fruit shell and coffee beans at the same time, with a high dehulling rate and a percentage of beans successfully removing the shell (usually requiring>95%).
The breakage rate/cracking rate is low, and the proportion of beans crushed or broken during processing (the lower the better, high-quality equipment can control it to<5% or even lower).
