Low cutting ability: Equipped with specially designed cutters and profiling mechanisms, it can be harvested close to the ground (up to 5-10 centimeters) to ensure effective harvesting of quinoa branches and seeds close to the ground, significantly reducing residual losses in the field.
Wide and flexible harvesting: The cutting table width is diverse (commonly 3-6 meters, and large machines can reach more than 8 meters), suitable for different planting scales. Using flexible reel or finger shaped reel, gently guide quinoa plants with uneven height, prone to lodging, and tangled branches into the cutting platform to reduce premature grain shedding.
Anti entanglement design: Optimized design of key areas to effectively reduce plant entanglement and blockage, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
Customized threshing drum and concave plate: The core innovation is the use of dedicated pattern bars, nail teeth or combined drum, combined with adjustable concave plate clearance. The rotation speed and clearance are finely adjusted according to the characteristics of easy detachment but easy damage of quinoa seeds, achieving a perfect balance between high detachment rate (>98%) and extremely low loss rate (<1%).
